YODOK III postrock /ambient /doom /drone YODOK III is a three-piece band comprised of Trondheim residents Tomas Järmyr (Sunswitch, Black Moon Circle, Arabrot, Werl, Motorpsycho, ZU) on drums and Kristoffer Lo (Sunswitch) on tuba and flugabone together with Belgian drone master Dirk Serries (Fear Falls Burning, Microphonics) on guitar. Impossible to classify but at times they might remind you of artists like GY!BE, Sunn O))), Sigur Rós or even of the spiritual works of John Coltrane. Primarily a live band, their majestic performances go from trance-like soundscapes to grandiose eruptions. An experience to immerse yourself in! Stecconi is also known for his engineering and as studio musician for Zu and Ufomammut.
