ON TRIAL
"The Danish Psych band pushes to new heights of sonic craftsmanship. A potent mixture of heavy fuzz guitar, harmonies and psychedelic keyboard textures that evoke the spirit of classic US '60's acid psych. Fronted by the best vocalist since Roky Erickson this band are truly awesome!
On Trial with more than 10 years and 4 studio albums, numerous EPs and obscure singles and live-recordings, have been described as Scandinavia’s best kept secret since Rumplestiltskin. Sounding like a cross between Love and The Sound Track Of Our Lives the band blend an emotional west coast flavoured sound with powerful acid guitar and melodic sensibilities. Intricate arrangements and sweeping acid psych that’s both achingly ragged and beautifully realised. This band grows on you with every listen just like a classic album should."

HULK
HULK, active since 2000, is a power rock trio from Brussels. Their first album ”Party Time”
(Progress Music/Suburban) contained real songs with blues, rock’n’roll, punk-rock and soul influences.
Some very good reviews and airplay in the UK (john peel show) let to extensive touring in Holland;
amongst other as support for Mondo Generator. David catching (QOTSA, Mondo Generator, earthlings?)
decided to produce the band’s second album together with californian producer Mathias Schneeberger
(Brant Bjork, earthlings?,…). The result is “Cowboy Cofee and Burned Knives”, an album recorded and
mixed in ten days at the Rancho de la Luna in California (PJ Harvey, Fu Manchu,…). The album features
special guests appearance from Chris Goss, Jesse Hughes (Eagles Of Death Metal), Dave Catching, Brant Bjork
and Mathias Schneeberger and will be released in January 2005 on Suburban.
