Boogieman Brant Bjork hails from Palm Desert, California, and is one of the forefathers of organic desert rock, he was songwriter and drummer in the mighty Kyuss, but also a former member of Fu Manchu, Ché, Desert Sessions, and Mondo Generator. His solo work contains many of the same elements of his previous bands, though the overall sound is way less menacing and a lot more laid back.

The full of soul/funk influenced simply written songs with laid back beats, hallucinogenic rhythms and tongue in cheek lyrics throughout will give you that sunshine feeling that'll warm you up all over. The music should also very much appeal to fans of 70s rock - Black Sabbath, Santana, Jimi Hendrix etc as the band lends heavily from these influences, but gives the styling a fresh outfit. Brant Bjork and his guerrilla rock revolutionaries are taking back the rock...and letting it roll. This is badass, psychedelic, classic desert Rock n' Roll !
